Sinatra contributed to the war effort by making V-Discs. Some where made using masters from Victor and Columbia. But, many were specially recorded for the series either from radio broadcasts or at special V-Disc recording sessions.

For an interesting history of the V-Disc program, please see: Victory Music: The Story of the V-Disc Record Label (1943-1949) by Chuck Miller.

In this section, Sinatra's standard studio recordings are indicated in normal type, special recordings in bold face and the other artists who appeared on the V-Disc in italic. Details on the special recordings will be found in the main section under the appropriate song title. This list is only of V-Discs that Sinatra performed on.
